Here is how you find your podcasts on itunes. To get to your podcasts press control 4. Then when you tab you should find radio buttons like my podcasts my stations and playlists. Then you should then find the podcasts table and then a episodes table. there you will find in the podcast table the list of podcasts and in the episodes table you will find the episodes for the podcasts in the episodes table.
