On mac command + 1, 2, 3, 4(podcast), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 moves through different iTunes services like podcast, radio et cetera. Maybe this is the key [control] in Windows.

The particular podcast I'm starting with happens to mention using iTunes and I figured it would be easier to start there. Plus, I wanted this stuff on my computer where it would be easier to archive (backup). I'd probably move these items to a Stream rather than a phone because of battery life issues in addition to the backup issue.
