Hi, I tried to use the Mac version of this app. I had an app on my old iPhone that is no longer in the app store and isn't on my computer, and I was hoping to be able to use iMazing to copy it from the old phone to my computer and then transfer it to my new phone. I was unable to do it, but I got a response within about 12 hours from someone who tried to help. I responded, and he responded back within just a few hours. It turns out that due to an Apple policy, I can't get the app onto my new phone, but at least their tech support was fast and responsive. I will probably uninstall the app because I don't think it will do more for me than iTunes can, but I wanted to let people know the company does seem to be improving their tech support.
