OK, it works. If you have Consumer Cellular, you can use the AT&T code. I just sent a text to my work phone which is on AT&T and another to my personal phone which is on Consumer Cellular, from Outlook 2016 on my Windows 10 computer, but I suspect this will work with other versions of Windows. I formatted the to field as iphonenum...@text.att.ent <mailto:iphonenum...@text.att.ent> and put text in the subject so Outlook wouldn’t flag it as not having a subject, then wrote some text in the body of the Email and hit send. Poof, I received the text message on my work iPhone. Then, I did the same with my personal phone. Very slick if you don’t want to go and grab your iPhone. I suspect this works with any cell phone.
