Hi Don, Not sure how this works with your carrier, but if the number of rings is adjustable, this would be a carrier-specific feature just as voice mail is from your carrier and has nothing to do with the iPhone. On my business landline dialing *94 followed by the desired number of rings before voice mail picks up will set this. However, I was told by my carrier here in Canada, Telus, that this feature was currently only available for some customers. I am not sure why this isn't something that can easily be programmed as is possible on the landline, but that's apparently the way it is.
