Hey guys. I've just tested a sentence with an abbreviation. I put in 30 cal. shotgun and noticed something interesting. Out of all the voices I've tested, which are Alex, Daniel, the US Siri voice and Karen, the only one that didn't say calories for the abbreviation C Aa L is Alex. This leads me to believe that it's an issue with the Nuance voices specifically because Alex doesn't do that kind of thing. Granted, he still does abbreviations for days of the week, but that's all. If this were to be fixed, Apple would have to work with Nuance because those voices are from that developer. And I kinda wonder if Apple would want to take that extra time to do just that. That's why I think it would be cool to use other voices besides the Apple or Nuance voices.
