Richard, I'm not getting the behavior you describe. I just tried this in this 
message. I was on your message, and when I did a two-finger flick up, VO 
started reading Mary's message. Weird. I'm getting along with mail better than 
I was, which is a relief. I'm glad to see that the focus is jumped to the most 
recent unread message in a thread, so you don't have to go hunting for your 
place. I'm also liking the feature where you can put the oldest message in a 
thread at the top. This is behavior I'm used to from Gmail, and it feels a lot 
more natural to flick down to go to the next message in a thread rather than 
flicking up.
