Hi Alia, If volume drops to 0 you can get it back relatively easily if you follow a few steps. If you still can use headset then it's even easier. Just use the headset and make sure the phone is unlocked and you are at the top of your home screen. Now unplug the headset and flick up or down with two fingers, this will start Voiceover reading continuously. Now press the volume button repeatedly, it's important to press it at least 5 or 6 times and not to press and hold it. At that point you will start hearing Voiceover again.
