Hi Alia,

If volume drops to 0 you can get it back relatively easily if you follow a few
steps. If you still can use headset then it's even easier. Just use the headset
and make sure the phone is unlocked and you are at the top of your home screen.
Now unplug the headset and flick up or down with two fingers, this will start
Voiceover reading continuously. Now press the volume button repeatedly, it's
important to press it at least 5 or 6 times and not to press and hold it. At
that point you will start hearing Voiceover again.

Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: Re: Direct tv Now Locked my Phone

Mine did this yesterday. I knew vo was on, but it wouldn’t read. it also
wouldn’t play music. all I can figure is it was no longer routing audio for
this to external b/c headphones, both wired and bluetooth worked fine.
although siri worked, and vo worked in a siri screen. I had to fully factory
reset my phone. It was awful.
