For what it is worth, the model of Brother printer I have is the HL-l2360D. It can do double sided printing and work either over WiFi or via USB. So if someone in the household doesn’t have wireless printing capability on their device, they can plug directly in with a USb printer cable. I’m sure the models have changed by now, but they should be very similar. When we had one that was USB only, it didn’t look much different than this one.
The set up is best done by someone with vision, though I suspect it could be done using a screen reader.
