Exactly correct, Richard, I also don't think going back to 11.4.1 will make Mario happy, iOS 11 was one of the more major disasters In the Apple world although by the time iOS 11.4 was released it wasn't as bad any more, still, iOS 12 is s much better and I suspect if Mario indeed does a factory reset and then if he sets up his phone from scratch he won't have any issues. Especially important when doing that is that after the factory reset you take your time, put the apps you most need and use back first, then give it a few days or a week and after that slowly put back other apps you may want from time to time. Arlene, Good question, but the answer is a definite maybe. For a short time, often a very short time, after Apple releases a new version of iOS you can go back to the previous version, in this case it would be from 12 to 11.4.1. This is something I have never done, but I gather it involves a lot and you risk losing anything you have not backed up. Once Apple has stopped signing the previous version, you cannot go back. You certainly have never been able to go back more than one version. I'm sure if I got something wrong, someone will chime in with a better explanation.
