Hi richard, Yes, I have recently successfully imported and read an image file that I got from my physician. I certainly didn’t understand all of the numbers, smile. But I did understand the bottom line. And it was definitely an image based file, because I first opened it in the mail program, and it was empty or blank. I had that problem before, where it wouldn’t read. But some update our other fixed it for me.
