Hi Robin, I tried this with the latest version of iTunes and I was able to delete a ringtone, but it would come back after a bit. When I deleted one and then after I heard the tri tone I closed iTunes and disconnected the phone the ringtone was gone on my phone as well. I haven't had time yet to see what happens if I reconnect it.
