I agree with you on developers not testing their apps before major updates to IOS come out. understand about apps like Nearby Explorer is that they are developed by Blindness organizations with funding from grants and other resources that are very limited, so not everyone can test their apps beforehand. I’ve also never had any success with reporting any kind of issue through Apple. The main purpose of my post was to find any information on who to contact at APH. Apparently, the issue has been reported to APH, and we can only hope it gets resolved at some point.
