Subject: Re: Hearing Descriptive Tracks in Amazon Prime App

Hi, Chris.

wow, I didn't realize that about Amazon movies and DVS.?? This is really unfair
if it is indeed how Amazon handles DVS distribution and their content.

Out of the 20 movies I've added to my watch list that supposedly have audio
description, I've only gotten one to work with the app.?? I'm not paying to
rent a movie just for the ;pleasure of DVS, not with my Prime membership I pay
full price for.?? Not to sound whiney, but yes, we pay the $119 a year for
Amazon Prime just like everyone else.?? What a let down.?? At least Netflix is
more consistent and their app is a bit more user friendly.

I also use the ACB site for information about what is and isn't described.
