What I would do is: 1. Turn off the Braille Edge. 2. In your bluetooth settings if Braille Edge is shown, double tap on more Info and forget the device. 3. Turn off bluetooth on your phone. 4. Restart your phone. 5. Turn on the Braille Edge and make sure the switch is on bluetooth, and turn the phone on and turn bluetooth on in your phone settings.
6. Go to VoiceOver settings, braille, and see if it sees your braille edge, if so, double tap it. Hopefully, it will connect. I do not recall if it requires a pairing code, but if it does, you need to be quick in entering it. I vaguely remember using 0000 If this doesn't work, then time to call Apple and/or HIMS. I hope it works. Does anyone know why this might be and how I can change it? I’ve tried repairing it several times Thanks, Beth Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
