Beth, I'm running iOS13.1.3 with a BrailleEdge running firmware build 20161005. When I go into Settings, then to Bluetooth, there's a heading called My Devices. All of the Bluetooth devices I have connected with are there, and each one has a More Info button after it.
When you look under Bluetooth, do you see other devices and the More Info button after them, assuming you're using other Bluetooth devices?
