Thishappened before iOS 13 That is most strange. If there isn't a more info button just after the display listing, then I'd check which firmware version you are running on the Braille Edge. Granted, HIMS is a company who doesn't seem to understand how to update their own web site, but you should be running a firmware that starts with 2017. If you are still running one that starts with 2016, that could explain things with the iOS 13 update. I'm purely guessing here. But, press spacebar plus v and see what the firmware is. I have the latest firmware at work, though they HIMS should be able to get it to you if you need it. Unfortunately, the grill edge is listed, but there is not a more info button. Thus I cannot find a way to forget the device. When I do tap on Braille Edge, I get the same message of it not being supported. I guess I’ll make a phone call to Apple or him, or both, tomorrow. Again thank you so much for your concise instructions Thanks, Beth Sent from my iPhone On Oct 25, 2019, at 11:33 AM, Richard Turner <richardturne...@outlook.com> wrote: What I would do is: 1. Turn off the Braille Edge. 2. In your bluetooth settings if Braille Edge is shown, double tap on more Info and forget the device. 3. Turn off bluetooth on your phone. 4. Restart your phone. 5. Turn on the Braille Edge and make sure the switch is on bluetooth, and turn the phone on and turn bluetooth on in your phone settings. 6. Go to VoiceOver settings, braille, and see if it sees your braille edge, if so, double tap it. Hopefully, it will connect. I do not recall if it requires a pairing code, but if it does, you need to be quick in entering it. I vaguely remember using 0000 If this doesn't work, then time to call Apple and/or HIMS. I hope it works. Does anyone know why this might be and how I can change it? I’ve tried repairing it several times Thanks, Beth Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
