Mary, I'm not usually a fan of what I'm going to suggest because it sounds like one of those standard boilerplate recommendations but you might delete and reinstall the Audible app. I'm only suggesting this if you're sure you have the most recent version installed and you haven't downloaded a lot of titles to your device. It just isn't right that the Exchange this title option doesn't appear when you open the menu of one of your Audible library books.
