Hi Alan and all, Yes, the books I was checking into were those I had recently acquired. I did send an email to audible, and I got a not very helpful response, informing me that I should call them if I’m having trouble exchanging books in the app. They totally did not answer my question which I very clearly asked about why it was I wasn’t able to have this exchange option within the app but I am able to do it on the website. Another tech support personwho doesn’t know how to read apparently.
