You can call 888 2467822 to discuss your account and adjustments. You can put 
an item in your profile that you wish to be called via phone to discuss 
replacements or chat with the shopper/driver which for me have always been the 
same person. I pay $9.99 per month and if I purchase $35.00 products or above 
the delivery is free. Once you set your account up with credit card information 
it is saved so when you check out it is withdrawn from your account. Often 
Instacart originally withdraws a slightly larger amount to cover extra products 
if you add more to your order before shopping begins but the original amount of 
the transaction is what is actually processed.
