I don’t’ have comparable devices to test on, but is there any difference in the new settings on the device with the problem like the Image description or screen recognition? If those new settings are the same on both, then it sounds like a 12 pro max issue and perhaps a screen recording sent to Apple would help? Or having them do a screen share and gather the diagnostic information to help them nail this one down.
