Thank you for your comment. After the update, I was presented with that initial ‘Hello’ screen and instructed to set up the iPhone. I don’t think that normally happens when moving from 14.3 to 14.4 for example. Anyway, all is well now.

I do not know What the reason is that it’s requiring it for some users, but not for others I would ask if someone has the time to find out or to inquire maybe they could let us know, but on my end everything is functioning well, and working fine.
