Hi Debbie, I do this so often I did not even think about this. If you touch the upper left corner of the screen, there is an item called Go Back to Previous Screen. You can also swipe left and find this, it is the first item on any given page. Also, sometimes, it’s helpful to use Explore by Touch. You do this by touching in the middle of the screen if you get stuck and cannot swipe anywhere. I wonder if possibly the app did not install properly on your husband’s phone? It can happen. I don’t remember which tab we went into but we were looking at alerts to see about modifying those and that is where we couldn’t find a back button nor a button to sign out and the tabs on the bottom were not the same as on the home screen. Currently, I am running it with my iPhone 12 Mini and IOS 14.5. I do not find a back button on the screen, but really do not need it. Let me provide a few suggestions to get you started. First, the tabs you want are on the lower right corner of the screen. By default, the accounts available to you should appear first. You can single finger double tap to activate any of them. Along the bottom right corner are a list of tabs. They include accounts, transfers and bill pay. Just double tap any of them to activate them. There is an electronic assistant called Erica. She can assist in paying bills, transferring money and many other tasks. You don’t have to use her, I find I do sometimes, and other times, I use the app’s facilities to do what I want. Finally, on most screens, there is a sign out button. Again, just double tap to activate and confirm you wish to sign out. Swiping from left to right should help you once you activate the feature you wish to use. I would be happy to assist further if you wish, but this should get you going.
