Hi all,
Tonight I tried to open the Amazon Alexa app to opt out of the Amazon Sidewalk feature. I double tapped the app on my home page after which there was a delay and I was returned back to the home page with focus still on the Amazon Alexa app. I opened the app switcher and found the app listed there. Double tapping the app, however, simply returned me to the home page with focus still on the app. I then tried the same exercise on my iPod Touch 7 with the exact same results. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, were you able to find a solution? As always, any help is greatly appreciated. Stay healthy.
