Hi all, The first things I tried were shutting down and restarting my iPhone and then I tried resetting the phone. None of this made a difference. Last night, I spent a lot of time doing some research on the Internet and trying a number of solutions that people suggested. I finally found a post that recommended turning off and then turning on airplane mode. I didn't hold out much hope for this solution but I was getting a bit desperate. I have numerous Amazon devices around the house and I didn't want to lose all the information about these devices stored in the Alexa app. Surprisingly, turning off and then turning on airplane mode solved the problem. I don't know what airplane mode has to do with the Alexa app but I'm glad to have things working again. Thanks.
