Mary, your point is well taken here. There was also a cassette at one time
you could buy and I forget the name of it, but ann Morris enterprises sold it.
It had a mobility instructor who talked you through the exercises. On one side
of the cassette, she described all the moves you would be doing on the workout,
and on the other side was the actuall workout. Of course, if Apple Fitness
Plus would get someone on there like Leslie Samsone, who does good but simple
walking workouts, that would be good for us too. I have done her workouts
before, and her moves are simple enough and her descriptions good enough that
we can do them. For example, she will do sidesteps, knee lifts, and kicks.
Those don’t need that much description. I mean, though it might be a little
helpful to know how high she lifts her knee up, you can sort of gauge it and
make your own decision about that. Plus she will tell you during the heaviest
part of the workout to do higher kicks, etc. I think it would honestly be
great if they could get some workouts by her on Apple Fitness Plus, or maybe
someone just as good at describing the moves you do.
