Sorry if I'm missing your question, but turning on airplane mode turns
off wifi and cellular, so you don't need to turn them off if you turn on
airplane mode. Airplane mode basically turns off all of your phone's
radios, so it'll also turn off bluetooth and your GPS. I was traveling
internationally recently, and I turned on airplane mode and then turned
back on my wifi and location services. I still wanted to use my iPhone,
but I didn't want to pay any international roaming charges.
