Hi Reggie,

Turning on airplane mode automatically turns off Bluetooth, WiFi and
cellular. In airplane mode your iPhone is basically an iPod Touch, and you
can do anything you want that doesn't require a data or WiFi connection. You
can consume any media that is stored on your phone, music, audio books,
eBooks, movies etc. You can play games, record voice memos, type text notes
and use any app, just as long as the app doesn't depend on having a data
connection to work.

Regards,
Sieghard
