I'm with Chris. I use Keepass on my Windows 10 computer and Keepass Touch on my iPhone 13 Mini. Dropbox can be used as the storage location for your encrypted master password file so you only have one to maintain. I like that Keepass lets you set up custom string fields to hold whatever you need to track and I got both the Windows program and iOS app for a combined investment of $1. That was a few years back so prices may have changed.
