Hello All, Well, I have truly enjoyed reading this thread.
A special thanks to Sieghard for starting us off on this one. I, too, was somewhat underwhelmed by this year's keynote. If the 15 models had offered a new version of Touch ID,I would have been all in but, as it turns out, no Touch ID, yet again. While I like the idea of an action button, said button is not enough to compel me to upgrade from my beloved 14. The Apple keynote presentations, without the interaction of a live audience, are uninspiring and extremely jejune. While I think every one wants the world to be carbon neutral, Apple presents its efforts as almost a filler; you know, as though they have to come up with something to talk about between the presentations of the new devices. Just my opinion of course. I love the new Roadside assistant program and the fact that triple A members will have this service included in the normal membership fee. I laughed out loud at Richard's comment about the upgrades to the cameras. Priceless, Richard, truly priceless. While the keynotes leave much to be desired, in my opinion, I am convinced now, more than ever before, that Apple does produce the best Smart devices on the market.
