P.S. VO is still on the phone, btw, it just needs to be reactivated via either the method I stated or through iTunes once your device shows up again. As for your apps, in the setup, just set it up from a backup (it'll give you the option.) As long as you were backing up to the cloud, your iPhone will simply redownload all your apps for you (although it'll be the most up to date versions in the app store, not any non-updated versions you may have had on your phone.)
