Hi Pablo, If it is disabled that means your iPhone is not connected or recognized by iTunes. Do you have the iPhone connected to the computer with the cable or are you trying to sync wirelessly? If you are trying to do this wirelessly, just connect it with the cable for now to see if Sync becomes available.
