David. I have 2 comupters, and the problem is on the computer with w iTunes 11. I have other computer with iTunes 10, and in that computer I connect perfectly my iPhone. The problem is that I have no library in the computer with iTunes 10, so I have to create it again. In my opinion, the cord is not the problem, because it connect well in the computer with iTunes 10, also i don't think is the dot port, because my iPhone connect well as i told you. The ports could be, but in those USB ports connect cameras, pen drives, portable hard disks, voice recorders, and no problem with any of those devices. Conclusion, the problem appeared when I installed iTunes 11, no before, and i use iTunes almost every day. How fix it? i have no idea. Pablo
