No, I didn't try to do this. That I did is whole the power button, and slide
the screen to turn off the iPhone. Later I turned it on again, but I will
try to restart my iphone doing what you say.
Thanks, and I will let you know how it goes.
Pablo

Have you tried to reset your iPhone by simultaneously holding down the Home
button and Power button for 12 to 15 seconds? The risk with this is it may
turn off VO and TripleClickHome, requiring sighted assistance to get them
back, especially if you can't connect to iTunes.

Nope, no way. I did everything that the apple support web site says, and I
can't connect my iPhone to iTunes.
I'd
1. restart my iPhone
2. restart my computer
3. reinstall iTunes.
4. check the USB ports
and iTunes can't see any device connected to my computer, but my computer
when I plug my iPhone, makes a beep, like allways.
What is happening here?
Please!
Thanks for what ever advice.
yurs truly,
Pablo

Hi Pablo,
If it is disabled that means your iPhone is not connected or recognized by
iTunes. Do you have the iPhone connected to the computer with the cable or
are you trying to sync wirelessly? If you are trying to do this
wirelessly,
just connect it with the cable for now to see if Sync becomes available.
Regards,
Sieghard

Hi Sieghard
Yes, I saw the sinc choice in the file menu, even though, it is disable.
Why
it is disable?
I have no idea.
I added some mp3s to the library, like I did in the privous versions of
iTunes, go to file, go down to add file to library, choice the file, and
press ok. But now, after made all these steps, the device/sinc is disable.
What can I do?
Thanks
Pablo

Hi Pablo,
Go to the File menu, then arrow to Devices, right arrow to open it (it's
a
submenu) and if your iPhone is connected either by cable or wirelessly,
the
first option will be to Sync.

Sieghard

Subject: how sinc my library with my iPhone?
Hi all.
It is crazy, but I can't get the choice to sinc my library with my
iPhone.
I
added a mp3s, or what ever file to my library, and now I am trying to
sinc
the computer library of iTunes, with my iPhone, but in this iTunes 11.1,
I
can't see the sinc choice.
How can I sinc the iTunes library with my iPhone?
Thanks
Pablo
