Have you tried to reset your iPhone by simultaneously holding down the Home button and Power button for 12 to 15 seconds? Nope, no way. I did everything that the apple support web site says, and I can't connect my iPhone to iTunes. I'd 1. restart my iPhone 2. restart my computer 3. reinstall iTunes. 4. check the USB ports and iTunes can't see any device connected to my computer, but my computer when I plug my iPhone, makes a beep, like allways. What is happening here? Please!
