I just paid for this year. In the process I can confirm that paying for the audio on mlb.com works only for the computer and not the iphone. The AtBat is paid through the appstore while the online audio is paid through the web site. If you want to listen on your computer and on your phone you must pay both subscriptions. This explination applies to audio only. I know nothing about the affect of mlbtv on this.
