lol, Yes. But the truth of the matter is, people are watching less TV on their smart phone than one might think. People turn to tablets, computers, or actual televisions for prolonged movie/video content. So yes, why would anyone want a 4 inch Tv. The answer is, most people don't. haha.
And from a technological perspective, much isn't too much to ask for now a day. but, there comes a point where consumers just rebel, and totally dismiss certain notions. I mean, just look at it from a ergonomic view point. Have you ever held an iPad for any length of time? Tell you what, after 20 minutes or so, you will start to notice the weight and mass of the thing. Yes, one can use headphones or a bt headset to use with it when on calls but, unless you just plan on being stationary for most calls, an iPad makes a poor mobile phone in my opinion. So long story short, its doable, but, I don't think very practical. At least not practical enough for most consumers to use comfortably.
