Ok, I will try to explain it better. :) If I hold a finger on a letter in the
keyboard too long, like say the letter, I get that sound and VO says "selected"
and I don't understand what this is for or what is happening. However, if I
select the letter E, VO announces "alternative Characters available, slide your
finger to discover alternative characters, lift to select a character" and if I
slide my finger around VO tells me what these characters are and I have no idea
what they are. I am guessing this is some characters for languages other than
English. For every letter on the keyboard the alternative characters are
different unless it's like the letter R where there does not seem to be an
alternative character. This whole thing baffles me though. :)

Thanks,
Christina
