Hi Richard, Nick and Christina I was able to obtain sighted assistance from my wife and she was able to deal with the welcome screen and less than 30 seconds. So this would be my recommendation. Once doing this, everything will work as expected. Sometimes, it's just not worth the trouble. Anyway, I like this program because calendar events and reminders are shown on the same screen. This is exactly what I would like to have happened. Good luck.
