I’m not thrilled from a user perspective, since it feels like a failed image is 
a failed image, However, I do understand your position - it took resources to 
identify the image, so a blurry picture costs you the same as a perfect one, 
therefore you have to charge for it. I suppose this will motivate people to get 
better at taking pictures. :)

because the image was sent to us, then identified by us, and then sent back to 
your phone. The reason that "Failed to send" or "timed out" won't count is 
because those pictures never reach our service, so we never get to identify 
them.

  To your second post, we will look into it as something for the future. A few 
other people have also suggested it. We'll see if it's possible to add that 
feature in without ruining the user experience.

    It goes from the date of purchase. As you said, i.e. Nov. 7th to Dec. 6th. 
Then when you attempt to take another picture after those dates a message for 
subscription will appear.

          No, it does not have an expiration date. That package is good until
