I say stick it out a bit longer. The only annoying bug that I have found so far, running IOS 7 on an iPhone 5, is voiceover skipping lines when swiping through webpages in Safari, books or documents. And screen sensitivity when trying to edit emails and text messages. The slightest touch on the screen changes voiceovers focus. Some that this problem was solved with IOS 703, but not for me.
