Hi Rose, all Twitter apps I have seen start you at the top of the Timeline, IE 
the most recent message.
If you mean you want to get to your last read message and then work your way up 
in chronological order, Tweetlist is the most consistent app I’ve found for 
this. You can triple tap the Home tab, and a shortcut menu appears. Choose Jump 
to Unread from the menu.
