This is a neat idea.

Is the wallpaper view on the screen that has the unlock button, or the screens
on which the apps are located? If the wallpaper is on the screens that have the
apps, wouldn't the app icons obscure the information in the photo being used as
the wallpaper?.

Thanks. Keith

Subject: Re: For putting an emergency number icon on the home screen?

One time someone on this list posted a super great idea which I used on my
children's iPods. I went into notes and typed up some emergency info. Then I
took a screen shot by pressing the power button and home button at the same
time. I then used it as their wall paper. I thought this was great since the
kids have a pass code set up on their iPods in case they lose it or something.
I did have sighted assistance to make sure the picture on the wall paper
displayed the information correctly. So now, if someone were to turn on the
iPod they could see the wall paper with information I felt was safe but not too
private.
