Hi Christina, At that time, I did the same with a short paragraph explaining how to turn off the voice over and going to my iEmergency app for my information. In an accident now, paramedics are trained to look for a cell phone. My iEmergency has all my information like my doctor's phone number, contact people in case of emergency, drug store phone number and even my blood type.
