Hello Rena,

iTunes is software that runs on your computer. It includes a player that can
play music, videos, and audiobooks. It allows you to make digital copies of
your CDs. It lets you arrange tracks into playlists. It includes a store that
lets you buy music, videos, audiobooks, and apps for an iPhone and other iOS
devices. It lets you subscribe to podcasts. You can also use it to get content
onto an iPHone and back up your iPhone.

iCloud is not an app on your phone or computer. Instead, it is a service that
lets you back up and synchronize information. You can use it to back up your
phone. If you sync information on your computer and iPHone with it, it will
keep that information synchronized. So if you change a contact in one place, it
will change it in both. The same is true for calendar events, bookmarks, and
more. If you buy content from iTunes, it lets you download that content on all
your devices that are synced with iCloud.

I hope that helps.

Best,
Anna
