You probably accidentally moved your mute switch back. Just pull it towards the screen. I know this might be basic, but in the interest of covering all the bases, did you flip the mute switch? If not, try going to Settings > Sound, and making sure your sound volume is up, and that the ringer is set to vibrate and ringtone.
