Hello David, does she have any kind of insurance on iPhone? The reason why I'm 
asking is because I recently had to call them, because of another issue I was 
having. I do not have AppleCare on the current home that I own either. But I 
pay for insurance through AT&T. And they said if you're having a problem, We 
are able to help you via the phone anyway. So I took that report was worth and 
I never got a bill so I was happy about that. Pretty much what I'm saying, is 
is if she's having a problem she should still be able to call Apple. Hope this
