(it's included on osirusoft rbckeck tool : http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi) I discovered that they block a huge range of IP address in South America, including my network (just because they think a lot of SPAM is from Soth America), and if I want to be removed from their list a have to pay $1000 just to see if they can do it! This is abusive, because SPAM comes from every place in the world ( I receive more SPAM from others continents than here, but don't block a entire class B because of it).
