Hi Bill, I agree that it's not ilegall but do it on a public RBL server is
nonsense.

If it's a unknow RBL server no problem, but I know a lot of SMTP servers
uses this RBL to accept mail from.

I already saw messages in this list about this RBL server, so I sent this
e-mail just to warn about it.

But "no charge will be made and the entire deposit will be refunded " is a
joke.... we are not talking about US$5,00 but U$1.000,00!
