* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * I have seen all the Major Wholesellers make these kinds of claims. UUNet, Sprint, Qwest, MegaPath, etc. My response to these providers is that if you can't provide me with all accounting packets then you are not providing a complete wholesale dialup solution.

Although these suggestions have been very useful I'm sure to Matt, They are only fixing the symptoms not the problem. Matt, I personally would not accept an answer like "...this is the internet, people lose packets all the time" I would tell them to go f themselves. If that response comes from any provider, it is very telling that they think they have you buy the twig and berries and could care less about you as a customer. That very well may have been from a rookie radius tech, so maybe you need to talk to someone else higher on the chain and see what their advice is. I am sure we have all dealt with ghosting, but it seems as though not as bad as you. So that leads me to believe that there may be a bigger problem with loss. Maybe you should look for alternate sources of access, almost bet with near/identical numbers. I recognize some names hear that may be able to provide you with that service, not me but someone reading this.
